Meet Kim Francis
Kim Francis was born and raised in Houston,Texas, Graduated from
M B Smiley High in 1985. After high school worked several jobs but never content. Once joined New Light Christian Center Church in 1998 , then joined a ministry called Ministry of Kindness. We cooked and served our first family and special guest breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is how my journey of cooking began, I absolutely LOVED serving . My passion for serving grew into a catering business in 2009 next in 2020 my first quick serve restaurant in our Downtown Houston area.
